Every year, the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center hosts “To Live & Dine,” an event that showcases 14 of Atlanta’s top designers. Spectators explore exquisite, custom-designed tablescapes while sipping cocktails and enjoying tastings from some of Atlanta’s top chefs.
Sponsored by Modern Luxury Interiors, The Atlantan, and Sherwin-Williams, the designers were challenged to select one of four different color palettes from Sherwin-Williams’s newly introduced 2024 colors. We chose color palette #2, which featured reds and purples. This palette afforded us the opportunity to create a design that would be different from what a typical client would commission, so we were excited to try some new ideas.
When Modern Luxury Interiors reached out to Devin with the initial project, the spring had been very wet and cold season. Therefore, she was inspired to create something with summertime vibes. Coral walls, flowers hanging from the ceiling, glass beaker vases, and vintage-inspired candlesticks exuded warmth, romance, and sophistication.
